Best of the Day – No one really knows … RBR has what counts.

Radio-info (255,191 Monthly Visits says Compete.com) – Leads with the $16.6 million jury award to Jennifer Strange against Entercom.  The jury found the station conduct questionable, not supervised, and Philadelphia corporate HQ not exercising reasonable oversight.  Expect appeals and no payout anytime soon.  However, it’s a good lesson for radio executive and cost cutting.  Third quarter economic growth sets off a wave of Wall Street confidence [now if only the consumer will follow].   Read more …
