Moderating Video

When approving video for public display or editing video/pictures you can also:

1. Approve and/or “trust the sender” See trusted senders.
2. Delete and/or block the sender.
3. Edit the title
4. View the source by PC, email, or cell phone number
5. Activate or De-activate the video or picture.  This is different from delete.  Sometimes video needs to be suspended for further review but not deleted and removed from the site.
6. Add the video to one or more channels
7. Reset the views, ratings, comments, and public tags.  This is useful for contests with an initial competition and then a “Finalist” competition.
8. View the entire video
9. Select one of five thumbnail images

Moderating Video

CELLit … moderation controls

Each client controls the moderation of audience generated video and pictures.  CELLit provides private administration controls for media, comment, and tag information.

Media Activation … setting for positive admin approval before public posting, option for trusted senders, and tools to delete video or picture postings and block future postings from this person.

Comment Activation … setting that allows immediate public commenting or comment posting only with admin approval.

Tag Activation … setting for immediat activation or posting only with admin approval.

Other Admin Settings … optional Welcome Page and Main Video Page content selection.
