Radio-info (255,191 Monthly Visits says Compete.com) – Citadel Chapter 11 filing gives Wall Street banks 90% of the radio company, wipes out current shareholders, and offers unsecured debt holders a slice of the remaining equity or 5-cent on the dollar cash … limit to $2-million.  Disney sold ABC Radio to Citadel is out clean having taken lots of cash via Wall Street bankers and spinning off the Citadel shares to Disney shareholders.  Nice discussion about the “app business” with Editor Tom Taylor and Paul Jacobs.  No money here yet but apps are the place to be.  Stations apps for $2k.    Read more …
